OUR PROCESS

ENGAGEMENT

The first call often is the most difficult and usually is the most rewarding.  You are not alone.  There are many experts available.  The challenge is finding the best fit for the needs and resources you have available. The objective of your initial call is to ensure that our team can meet your needs.  Individuals and families interested in our services begin with:

  • Initial inquiry phone call received.

  • Brief explanation of presenting symptoms to determine if within scope of expertise.

  • Upon determination of mutual fit and interest, caller will receive intake paperwork by secure email to gather the history of symptoms and behaviors, previous treatment, family history, risk level, and level of functioning.

SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS

Our team seeks to better understand your needs through a consultation, in person, video or by phone, with clients and their families, when appropriate.  Our consultants focus on the problem of sustaining recovery for those who experience limited external consequences, as well as helping families understanding their critical role in this process.

  • Establish patterns of past behaviors, full bio-psychosocial history, family dynamics and co-occurring issues.

  • Identify and educate the critical family team and nurture their commitment to the process and their resolve to completion.

CUSTOMIZE STRATEGY

Upon alignment of goals and expectations, the next step is to thoroughly investigate the situation and create a strategy for appropriate next steps, including assessment, intervention, referral to treatment services, resources and providers based on severity, functional or health impairments, lifestyle, family dynamics, co-occurring issues, available resources and the client’s interests and strengths.  We are a confidential independent, unaffiliated and investment strategic solution that works directly for the client and never accepts compensation for referrals from any outside source.

  • Research medical and treatment history and past outcomes.

  • Interview collateral resources, including therapists, school personnel, legal professionals and/or family friends for historical and clinical input.

  • Nurture the critical support team’s resolve and cohesiveness.

  • Align the external and internal strengths and resources available with the appropriate level of intervention and treatment.

  • Customize a strategy that leverages insurance, available financial resources to best meet client’s medical and clinical needs.
